Eligible Ceiling and Overhead Surfaces
The service covers planned, accessible ceiling and overhead surfaces in industrial facilities. Cleaning and bounded surface restoration are planned by the surface type and existing condition.
Protection and Operating-State Planning
The work plan sets the planned cleaning window, area protections, equipment boundary, product boundary, and work sequence. Request the work as a one-time periodic project; the site assessment and customer planned operating plan determine whether a shutdown or low occupancy window is needed.
System, Repair, Hazardous-Work, and Outcome Limits
The service plan excludes building-system service, trade repairs, specialized access operations, hazardous or remediation work, and guaranteed cleaning. Bounded surface restoration may remain eligible after assessment, but its outcome cannot be guaranteed. Structural, electrical, HVAC, and other building-system work require a separate qualified provider.
Surface, Height, Access, and Occupancy Assessment
Before service plan approval, the assessment reviews surface condition, working height, and access method. It also reviews occupancy and equipment constraints. Product requirements and the required operating state are also documented for the proposed area.
