Post-construction cleaning may support rough, progress, phased, and final stages on planned commercial or industrial projects. Punch-list touch-ups, pre-opening cleaning, and turnover cleaning are also available within a planned project service plan. Projects include new builds, tenant improvements, fit-outs, remodels, and renovations. Before each phase, project representatives should identify trade-released areas, available surfaces, access routes, and protection requirements. The plan should plan active work zones, routine dust and residue tasks, debris boundaries, and acceptance responsibilities. When their condition and availability are confirmed, finished floors, windows, fixtures, and restrooms are eligible for cleaning. Entrances are eligible for cleaning. Cleaning methods follow the finish instructions and planned boundaries for each designated area. Manufacturing and food-manufacturing project areas require separate operating protocols, equipment boundaries, and release responsibilities. Cleaning does not transfer responsibility for trade work, repairs, installation, demolition, or punch lists. Project approvals, site management, schedule control, heavy or regulated debris handling, and hazardous material remediation remain outside routine post-construction cleaning.
Plan Cleaning for Each Project Phase
Confirm the cleaning phase and released work areas before scheduling each visit. Completed rooms and reachable surfaces can be addressed according to finish instructions, available access, and planned protection measures. Unfinished rooms, active trade zones, blocked surfaces, and areas beyond the planned boundary remain unavailable for cleaning. Finished floors, windows, fixtures, restrooms, entrances, and interior surfaces may be included when their condition and availability are confirmed. Manufacturing and food-manufacturing project areas require separate operating, equipment, protocol, and release boundaries. Cleaning does not transfer responsibility for trade work, repairs, installation, demolition, punch lists, permits, inspections, occupancy approval, construction management, site security, traffic control, heavy debris, regulated waste, hazardous materials, remediation, or project schedules.

The cleaning method follows the finish and surface instructions supplied for each designated area. Unfinished rooms, active trade zones, blocked surfaces, and areas outside the agreed access boundary remain outside the work.

Large Debris and Regulated Materials Stay Outside This Service
Denali post-construction cleaning does not include demolition cleanup, hauling, large-debris removal, hazardous materials, silica, lead, mold, biohazards, regulated waste, abatement, or remediation. Project teams must remove those materials before ordinary cleaning begins.
Ongoing Cleaning Uses a Different Service Owner
Once project cleaning is complete, ongoing warehouse facility care belongs on the warehouse and distribution page, occupied business interiors belong on Commercial Cleaning, recurring tasks belong on Industrial Janitorial Services, and administrative rooms belong on Industrial Office Cleaning.
