When your client’s building is a warehouse, not an office tower

Industrial space asks different things of a cleaning vendor than a carpeted office suite does: a distribution floor with forklifts crossing the aisles, a plant office tucked beside a production line, a cross-dock terminal that runs around the clock. If you hold facility management accounts with that kind of space in Northern California or Northern Nevada, Denali Industrial Cleaning offers to be your local vendor, contracting with your firm directly.

National facility management companies and regional ones are both welcome. The work we are built around is the industrial side of the market: warehouses and fulfillment centers, manufacturing and assembly plants, logistics terminals, cold storage, flex buildings and the administrative offices that sit inside them.

A single account lead for every plant and warehouse

Your firm would deal with one named Denali account manager, whether you send us one building or a dozen spread between the Sacramento Valley, the East Bay, the Central Valley and the Reno area. That manager owns your sites, your contacts and your open tickets.

Behind the account manager sits an operations manager. If your first call goes unanswered, the operations manager is the next number on your list, so an issue at a dock door never stalls for lack of someone to call.

Several facilities can come onboard together and share one Denali schedule. For billing, pick per-building invoices or per-ticket invoices; each one names the facility address and quotes your work-order number for easy matching.

What your onboarding team receives

Start by asking for the Denali vendor packet on our contact page. The operations team replies by email with the packet attached.

On insurance, your certificate goes out within 1 business day, and we add your firm and your client as additional insureds whenever you need them on it. General liability carries a $1M per-occurrence limit with $2M aggregate, umbrella coverage stacks above that, and the company carries workers’ compensation and is bonded.

Every Denali crew member clears a background check before setting foot on a client site, and crews show up in uniform. Plants and terminals often add their own rules at the gate, such as extra screening, a site badge or an escort into restricted areas, and our crews follow whatever each facility requires.

Tickets, limits and off-shift calls

Denali picks up tickets in the system your company runs, or the one your client insists on. We acknowledge, update and close tickets there, so your dashboard reflects the real status of every job.

A spill across a shipping lane or a restroom out of service on second shift counts as urgent, and urgent tickets get a reply from us that same day. Urgent calls are picked up at night and on weekends as well, which matters in buildings that never fully close.

Each ticket’s not-to-exceed (NTE) figure is a hard line for us. If a dock scrub or cleanup grows past it once the crew sees the area, the job halts at the limit while Denali gets a yes from you on the overage.

Visit records your client can audit

Industrial clients like evidence. Denali crews put an arrival time and a departure time on record at every visit, so you can show a client exactly when its plant was cleaned.

For urgent and one-time jobs, we send photos or a completion note at the end so the ticket closes with proof attached. Denali supervisors inspect each of your buildings for quality, and their scored reports land with your team, keeping the record current between client reviews.

Industrial work you can route to Denali

The recurring base is industrial janitorial service for restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms and plant offices, with day and night porters for buildings that need attention through a shift. Warehouse and distribution center cleaning covers the floor, aisles and dock areas.

Project tickets fit just as well: industrial floor care and concrete scrubbing, pressure washing, loading dock and parking area cleanup, ceiling and overhead cleaning, deep cleaning of plant restrooms, and post-construction cleanup once a tenant improvement or expansion wraps.

Bringing a new facility online

Once you send us a building, a walkthrough within 2 business days is the norm. Recurring service then starts within a week, scheduled around the facility’s shifts so crews stay clear of production and receiving.

Request the vendor packet through the Denali contact page and tell us where your facilities are. Denali can be reached 24/7 and replies within one business day.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Does Denali work for national FM companies or only regional ones?

Both. Denali Industrial Cleaning can sign on directly with FM firms of either size, for any industrial building inside our service area.

Can our client be named on the insurance certificate?

Yes. We add your firm and your client as additional insureds, and the certificate goes out within 1 business day.

What counts as proof of service for a warehouse visit?

Every visit carries a crew-logged start and finish time. Urgent and one-time jobs also close with photos or a completion note, and supervisor inspection reports are shared with you.

How do you handle a job that runs past the NTE?

Work holds at the ticket’s ceiling. Denali calls or messages you, and nothing beyond that dollar figure proceeds until you approve it.

How soon can Denali start at a new plant?

Expect us to walk the plant inside 2 business days as a rule, with the first shift usually set within a week around your production calendar.
